Properties in the area and elsewhere are already priced at $1M and beyond. There are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realtor.com\/realestateandhomes-search\/Lahaina_HI?view=map&amp;pos=20.953543,-156.70531,20.838557,-156.559741,13&amp;qdm=true\">occasional properties<\/a> below the $1M price range and small condominiums. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By and large, Maui has become very gentrified.
