(Submitted photo)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clearfix\" id=\"body\">\n<div class=\"grid_17 alpha\">\n<div id=\"content\">\n<div id=\"post\">\n<h1 class=\"post\"><a href=\"http:\/\/hawaii.news.blogs.civilbeat.com\/post\/58470360344\/honolulu-faces-another-free-speech-lawsuit-related-to\">Honolulu Faces Another Free Speech Lawsuit Related to Stored Property Law<\/a><\/h1>\n<div class=\"content_body\" id=\"post_tumblr\">\n<p><em>\u2014Nick Grube<\/em><\/p>\n<p>(De)Occupy Honolulu isn\u2019t the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.civilbeat.com\/articles\/19104\/\">only one suing<\/a> the City and County of Honolulu over infringement of free speech rights.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, North Shore resident Choon James filed a lawsuit against the city for tearing down signs she had put up on her property to protest a municipal eminent domain case she\u2019s involved in.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s interesting is that both James and (de)Occupy\u2019s complaints involve the same law \u2014 the city\u2019s <a href=\"http:\/\/www4.honolulu.gov\/docushare\/dsweb\/Get\/Document-120081\/6jlmb8hx.pdf\">stored property ordinance<\/a>.
